After spending 20 years employed with companies of diversified sizes and understanding how to gain personal satisfaction in my work, I decided I wanted to help others find that satisfaction in their own endeavors. I am passionate about helping others. People have always mattered to me. I want to help others find their own version of success.
Bentz Global Consulting started with chatting with a friend of mine, who I introduced to the specialty coffee world. He went on to start a coffee business. Now he is the expert, who I can ask my questions about coffee to. I have had the privilege of meeting people from all over the world. Hearing what person is passionate about, sharing ideas on making those ideas more successful and following up to hear the results, inspired this company.

I currently live with my wife and two boys in one of the most North-Western point in Washington state. I love the ocean and find the grey skies and rain soothing. I lived 12 years in a state with an average of over 300 days of sunshine a year (Colorado), so I am happy for the change of pace.
